I/O Psychologist · Data Scientist · Researcher
PhD Candidate, Saint Louis University · Bern, Switzerland
I'm an organizational researcher and data scientist finishing a PhD at Saint Louis University. I study the conditions under which science goes well and goes wrong — and I build the kind of data infrastructure that helps organizations make better decisions.
[Add a personal sentence or two about what drew you to this field.]
My dissertation examines questionable research practices in the organizational sciences: how researchers perceive them, what drives those perceptions, and what it means for the credibility of organizational knowledge. I've published nine peer-reviewed articles, including a co-authored piece in Science.
On the applied side, I'm an Associate Data Scientist at Nestlé Purina PetCare, where I build time-series forecasting models and market research infrastructure. I've consulted for a US reinsurance firm, academic medicine departments, and a large UK-based organization.
[Optional: Add something personal about life outside work.]
I'm relocating to Bern, Switzerland in May 2026. Swiss B permit via family reunification — no sponsorship required. Open to research collaborations, consulting engagements, and full-time roles in data science or applied organizational research.
